• The horse must keep the prefix FWE

       No changes are to be made, or added.

 

 

• You may choose the show/barn name.

 

 

• Conformation, gender, coat/mane/tail colours may not be changed but you can change the style.
  Stallions can be gelded.

 

 

• Please do not use as a template or submit for mass download.

 

 

• Backup files will be kept as a precaution, in case you lose your copy.

 

 

• You must be registered with Equus Sims (to pay the fees)

 

 

• Horse must be registered within three weeks of purchase (if not already)

 

 

• Horse is to remain active, if for any reason the horse is inactive for four months (RL) then I reserve the right to reclaim and use/re-sell. No refunds will be given.

 

 

• Payment must be sent before sim file is sent to you.

 

 

• Please choose the word 'cheese' on the multiple choice list on the application form, so that I know you have read the terms and conditions.

 

 

• You will receive an email from me upon acceptance.
